With a figure-8 flat structure, reinforced messenger wire and excellent tensile performance, this cable is ideal for outdoor FTTH deployment, aerial drop installation and residential broadband access.

GJYXCH and GJYXFCH are both designed for fiber-to-the-home applications. GJYXCH typically uses steel wire strength members for stronger tensile support, while GJYXFCH adopts FRP strength members for a lightweight all-dielectric structure and improved anti-electromagnetic performance.making them ideal for the last-mile connection from distribution points to subscriber premises.

GJYXCH / GJYXFCH optical cable adopts a self-supporting figure-8 drop cable design. Optical fiber is placed in the center of the flat drop cable body, protected by two parallel strength members and an integrated messenger wire for aerial suspension. The cable is protected by a durable LSZH or PE outer sheath for reliable outdoor use.

What are GJYXCH and GJYXFCH Fiber Optic Cables?

GJYXCH and GJYXFCH belong to the self-supporting bow-type drop cable family, widely used in FTTH (Fiber to the Home) outdoor introduction segments. They have a characteristic “8-shaped” or butterfly cross-section with a dedicated suspension (messenger) wire on top.

Main Difference:

GJYXCH — Uses metallic steel wires as parallel strength members. It offers higher tensile strength and is more cost-effective.
